Jo Clegg

Jo Clegg

Jo started her career as a runner in Soho before becoming a comedy producer in radio and television. These days she writes scripts for children's TV - the best job she's ever had. She lives in London with her family and if she isn't busy writing, she likes to practice playing the drums. Her neighbours prefer it when she's busy writing.

“Jo is the first script writer I turn to whenever I hold a headwriting position. She is extremely easy to work with, full of good ideas, and really understands story structure and plot mechanics. On top of this, Jo's writing has a real warmth and humour that brings characters alive.”
