Debbie Johnson is a journalist and writer based in Merseyside. After a lifetime of retelling other people's stories, she decided to come up with her own, and started her debut novel Fear No Evil - a paranormal crime thriller set against the evocative backdrop of Liverpool. The book won the Harry Bowling Prize in 2010. She is currently working on Fear No Evil and several other projects, including a romantic comedy set over several summers in the same holiday resort, short romantic novels set in Chicago, Scotland and Las Vegas, a crime novel and fantasy set in Liverpool. Oh and she continues to work as a freelance journalist and has three young children.
